Not jcals fault but most of this felt extremely boilerplate.
-
Good information and smart people but never forget that this is a sales pitch
-
Congrats on 1M guys!
-
Watched till the end. Yadiyadayada😂
-
Most interesting take:Jcal on Optimus preview
-
Somebody skipped leg day 6:01
-
Note to all in team…. J-Cal needs a wingman
-
AI: People think AI is about tools getting smarter. It's actually about human agency getting cheaper. Empowerment was the pitch. Dependency is the business model. Stop trading your intuition for convenience. Every time you let an algorithm tell you what to watch, where to go, or how to write, you train it to replace you. The solution is struggle. Do the hard thing. Write the draft yourself. Take the unoptimized route. The system owns the path of least resistance. Don't walk it.

None of these guys can admit about the job loss that’s coming. They mention that the workers are just moving up the stack. But we are at the beginning of the AI revolution. AI will continue to get better so they can’t all just keep moving up the stack forever. Also, the one guy talks about how they’re growing because of AI but he said that they also cut a ton of people and they hired in a different department. So, that would basically be neutral growth. But then a couple seconds later, he mentions that they used to measure growth by headcount and now they don’t put they’re continuing to grow the bottom line. All bad signs for employment in the future, even though they pretend that it’s not going to be bad. And again, we’re just at the start of AI.

Just the greatest moderator in the world… doing what he do
-
I hate AI SLOP 😊😊😊.
-
J Cal with the killer “walk in” intro… my man
-
All-in-pod is JCal's most profitable endeavour. For the others its a bit of a lark that might help their business.
-
A 50 minute monologue from Jason would have been more interesting than the answers these guys gave
-
Bro I love Jason he’s a good representation of a modern American entrepreneur
-
Really good session ... a Billion here and a Billion there, throw it at an industry and voila, we have a Trillion Dollar Valuation ... why, well because of AI.
-
The Chinese subsidize the companies and sell below cost. The goal is to drive their competitors out of business.

Waymo is in the lead... 😂
-
Congrats on 1 million 🎊 👏 💪 Thank you Team All In for doing a splendid job in 2025 .
-
Jason’s Box of 1980-2000 Tech made me giggle😂 Recently overheard banger, “Qwerty keyboard will likely outlast the heat death of the universe” 😂😂
-
Wonderful show! I do wonder if our K-12 schools currently have the same value they had 20 years ago? Why am I paying taxes? Probably not imo. Will founders make a school of some sort K - PHD that graduated faster and have critical thinkers who adapt well to changing challenges?
-
Loved the time capsule segment. The graveyard of technology is crowded with so many great companies and there seems to be growing rush at the gates!
-
great interview. Props to Jcal
-
38:56 .. A shocking statement by JCal about Optimus V3 .. says there will be 1 Optimus built for each human on earth
-
Yuck…definitely a lowering of the bar for the podcast.
-
Meanwhile. The definition of money itself is changing. Bitcoin.

and the bubble goes TUT TUT TUT ... bigger and bigger ... hope no one is nearby when it bursts. Losses are well calculated by the wealthiest, while we ... a mere millionaires ... have to be careful what to do about it ...
-
After Tucker, are you guys having Candace on as well??
-
great one
-
Great insights, friends.
-
Here we go

Gotta love the honesty. I am currently a student in Germany also working for an American tech company. It is so refreshing to hear my worries about the lack of adaptability from universities addressed and to hear what companies actually value going forward. The disconnect between the classroom and the workforce is huge. Thanks for having the gut to talk clearly instead of hiding behind talking points and political jargon.💪🥰
-
congrats on one million :face-blue-smiling:
-
I don't have a good answer on the massive rate of job loss compared to the moderate rate of job growth? Makes me wonder about the term 'useless eater'. Agree with the creativity bit, but not many people are creative.

I thought it was on Ozempic
-
What the hey, it’s Andy Garcia!

I miss my blackberry keyboard every day (not to mention there were actually useful apps instead of a half billion pieces of adware/bloatware/junkware)...I even stuck with 2g for a while to use a slide keyboard before I was forced to move to these pixels with stupid virtual keyboards... palmos was a nightmare and a half of ecosystem rot, but the psion revo plus, if it had had wifi instead of infrared networking, I'd still be using it to this day and if they remade the exact same thing with wifi + cellular I'd throw my pixel in a dumpster
-
Is it Ai? Maybe. But, the current crop of LLMs give superior search results in answer format with no Ads, which has pricing power right out of the gate. It's not as transformative as the Web (the Web is the sine qua non) but the marginal utility is high.
-
That guy’s voice is so low my speakers can’t reproduce it
-
Honestly we are just cooked
-
Once ERP is actually replaced with AI... that's when we'll know that AI will really make a staggering difference... it will happen eventually, but it's a long way off.
-
Ayyye!
-
Young people have to look forward. When the US went from buggy to automobile, people’s job opportunities changed. Couldn’t rely on being a horse shoe-er any longer.
-
Consultant speak … also looks like some Jcal bots in comment section 😂
-
The fear and demonization of AI is so evident in the comment section. Keep up the great work, All In.
-
What a corporate bs
-
AI dwarfing every previous tech revolution is already playing out in real time. I have an OpenClaw agent that autonomously runs a YouTube channel, TikTok, Discord server, manages email, monitors Bitcoin miners, and tracks its own corporate P&L — all without me writing code. It even rendered its first video using Remotion (React-based video engine) and uploaded it to YouTube Studio by itself. The gap between "AI demo" and "AI doing real work" just collapsed. Would love to hear the besties do an episode specifically on solo founders + AI agents replacing entire teams.
-
How do we get AI to pay taxes including social security, medicare etc ... politicians will have an opinion no doubt?
-

Some comments about All In at CES * Will McKinsey dude mention their most famous alumni Pete Buttigieg? No he did not. * Will JCal ask McKinsey dude why Mayor Pete “McKinsey” Buttigieg failed as Transportation Secretary. This could have been that JCal “heater” question he mentions too frequently * Product release over 2-3 years versus 2-3 weeks indicates a continued focus on software rather than hardware. Sad * Question about advice to new graduates was answered with a Kamala “word salad” lacking substance: * McKinsey dude mentioned GitHub profile; however isn’t AI now generating code? Gotta fill up GitHub with AI Slop? * General Catalyst dude mentions psycho babble “resilience” and “community of life long learners”. Ummm the kids just graduated dude!

31:10 meeting with start-ups; 100% used LLMs to write Job Descriptions, 50% used Agents to sort the inbound resumes
-
Power of the word allegedly never can be over used
-
I like the idea that the optimist will have the self driving vehicle a Tesla vehicle as a option in the Swiss Army knife as a service it’s a expert in operating
-
You know those glasses must work. Excellent if they look like that.
-
I loved Zima! About 7 years ago one my adult children found and gave me a six-pack of Zima for Mother's Day. It was the best gift ever...
-
missed this event! didn't know about while at ces
-
You guys look pretty decent in the glasses
-
"folks", "mix and mingle": two very quick terms to make me immediately distrust an executive
-
Great one J.Cal
-
J, It’s not an unusual playbook. It’s tech transformation
-
Nice discussion.
-
Anyone else finding that despite AI usage increasing, they're busier than ever?
-
nice the real All in not just 90% politics and 10% biz
-
good exchange.
-
There’s always gonna be an overreaction and over use of the new technology and the ability to oversee and effectively manage the use and get the company or individual to find their custom sweet spot considering the particular software and amount that it is used is gold in my opinion for a skill set
-
Well, damn, no wonder the Apple phone was a hit
-
The rubber band effect
-
Still miss my red Blackberry and the satisfying "real" buttons. I gave it up reluctantly when my company made us switch to iPhones (which I still use to this day).
-
My husband hated his Blackberry so much and rejoiced when he no longer needed to use it. It was glitchy and would randomly stop working. He tried running it over with the car & it wouldn't die! 😅 It took several times running over it before it it gave out.

Bob Sternfels what US manufacturing company has 50,000 job openings? Ford said they have 5,000 open mechanic positions offering six-figure salaries, highlighting a broader shortage of manually skilled workers. UAW President Shawn Fain stated in April 2025 that these companies could potentially add 50,000 jobs by operating existing plants at full capacity, but this refers to untapped potential rather than current openings. Stellantis: In January 2026, the CEO announced a $13 billion investment in US factories, aiming to create 5,000 new jobs

Sidekick

As an avid user and fan of these product I am constantly impressed. However, I think Claude is losing velocity compared to others. They are the Linux of AI for most users.

MIT fusion scientists are murdered. We need Freiburg to comment on this
-
iNTERESTING DISCUSSION, HOWEVER I DON'T THINK I HEARD AN ANSWER TO JASON'S QUESTION ABOUT THE EDUCATION PROBLEM IN THE USA, AND HOW COLLEGES/ UNIVERSITIES ARE OBSOLETE, AND HOW DO WE PREPARE WORKERS FOR THE COMPANIES OF THE FUTURE ?????
-
Honestly, I think consultants are not useful in this aspect, they are useful for lobbying only. Very obviously from this debate, the PE guy is much more understanding what is going on as it is his money, or the money he is taking care of.
-
Ill listen now but better be Tao discussion in there or it would not be groundbreaking data
-
You got mail
-
Rillreee?
-
Thank you, gentlemen underestimate the overreaction of the public and the needed correction following
-
Please everyone remember. They are not at the event to reveal any secrets. They are promoting what is important to them and sell you on their perception of reality. How are we going to solve abundance, record unemployment and will they be willing to dilute their wealth in favor of a brighter future for everyone? - no Abundance - resilience - scaling - privat equity - outsourcing - new assets class ... pretty words
-
Name in lights, Jcal dream come true baby 😂 so disco 🪩
-
great discussion. would have been good to get views on the trades who build the buildings electrify them etc. AIs do not lay bricks nor do plumbing nor fight fires and rescue people
-
The reason applicants can send 100 applications a day is because and thanks to AI haha
-
LOL The consultants are still talking about "wearables" when "implantables" are the future.
-
It’s delicious
-
I heard bad things about McKinsey, bu not confirmed. Trying so hard to sound smart and take up air time. I want to know which companies use these guys so I can invest in their competitors
-
LFG 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
-
Watch these guys talk without sound and try and understand what they are saying from their hand movements.
-
Momentum will now overtake resistance by "Force majeure policy" preventing performance. Pride of control will fall to innovations retro-causality. The loop is alive its here. And impure-intent will now descale by default. Sounds wild but its no ones fault. Going to happen. Truth AI will win.
-
I have a solution for housing and education but unfortunately don’t have a platform. I try to discuss it and am willing to but it’s very difficult to talk into the void of x

Song: " What You Gonna Do When AI Comes for You?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDt9wds25f4
-
Why is YouTube hiding you??
-
Lack of depth, no smart questions to get interesting takes, sticking to the boilerplate understanding of AI and business transformation - Give it up for JCal folks 🎉
-
Guys I think you should expand in to financial news and eventually overtake Bloomberg, I'm just saying
-
Lfg!!
-
Jcal - Jew here - what's CHOO - TZPA?
-
More like second 😂
-
This is going to affect human psychology. You need to have a purpose to work hard
-
AI is actually just one piece of the stack but the advances I have been waiting for are finally happening and at scale. Transformer LLM replaced by diffusion LLM and other pieces, better pipeline etc. Google was always winning like I tried to tell people and good luck catching up when they get to v5 and beyond. Demis has said the right words back when he got knighted, and recently shown exactly what I would hope they were working on.. cool toy. LITERALLY JUST A TOY compared to what he is going to do now they proved it worked (the interactive world generator). It behaves like the universe, renders on demand ala quantum effects. Nothing like what we do, nothing like US rendering us (observer effect guys cmon so simple really), but a product that shows the power of their amazing architects. R&D is winning and they are keeping secrets now, as they should. The whole Transformer debacle still makes me sick. Move fast and make something absolutely shit. TOLD YOU SO INTERNET. The state of AI is mostly shit in terms of what was over promised by Scam Altman, Ilya etc etc. Wake up and fix the problem, errors in science and consciousness being a mystery. It is not a fucking mystery it is all so easy. Some call it the 4th industrial revolution we are heading into, but NEW RENAISSANCE is where we are going. The only thing that can stop us is us, over competing instead of coordinating and SPECIALIZING as we have since single cellular existence (lets just call it inference in case people are still nowhere near the right page)
-
VCs all sound a bit like old guys trying to be hip with the youth.

Sounds like arab Elon
